Apply sparingly to the lips as needed. For external use only — avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to broken skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Complies with Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009.

I applied the oil in the morning and evening, concentrating on one side of my right leg. The oil flattened the psoriasis patches, lessening the dry scales which in turn made them less itchy.
