Due to the handmade and personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However:

Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or your item is missing and cannot be traced by the courier, we will send a replacement item free of charge.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item

  • Provide your order number and photo evidence of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items opened or used

  • Items not reported damaged within 7 days of delivery
