Shipping Policy

We currently deliver within the UK via Evri, DHL, and Royal Mail. Evri is our standard option due to competitive pricing.

Processing Time

• Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Sometimes we need a new batch and therefore new labels and this can cause a slight delay in dispatch.

• You will receive tracking details,  if relevent, once your order is shipped

Shipping Rates

• Flat rate shipping (visible at checkout)

• Free shipping available for orders over specific amounts and this is subject to change without notice.

Lost or Damaged Items

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier

• If your item is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will offer a replacement
